Low Impact – All Body Workout

Tammy’s 50+ Low impact all body work- out! Low Impact Aerobics- This low impact, calorie-burning workout will have your toes tapping and your heart pounding. This class combines classic aerobic moves with creative circuit training for all over body toning.

Stretch and Relaxation

This class combines various stretching methods along with breathing techniques to reduce muscle tension, increase joint range of movement, and enhance muscular coordination, increase circulation and energy levels.

Tammy’s Tabata

The Tabata method is a 20 minute high intensity interval workout (modified to your level) with a warm-up and cool-down. A quick way to feel the burn and get quick results! No two classes are ever the same we keep it fun!

Tammy’s Spin Class

Consists of riding a specially designed stationary bike where instructors guide participants through a journey using motivational music and proper safety techniques. The ride may consist of a warm-up phase, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. Each participant is in control of their resistance and speed.
